Follow these few easy steps to start using our services.
Steps:

First, please fill out the application to become eligible for the program. Return the application by either email or print and mail it to our offices. Click here to download the application in PDF form.
2.
We will set up a phone interview and go over your application. Once approved, when you need to use the services, call us to set up the ride. We will pair you with a driver and schedule the ride for you.
You must schedule the ride at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up time.
We are able to operate currently free of charge with our all-volunteer network of drivers, donations, and local grants from the community.
At this time, riders are limited to 2 rides per month. Thank you for understanding this limitation.
The driver will stay with you as needed throughout the trip. This means the driver is committed to be with you for the entire round trip.
Notice: Weather-Related Closures
For the safety of our staff, volunteers, and customers, we do not operate during periods of inclement weather. This includes extreme conditions such as tornado watches or warnings, severe storms, snow, ice, or other hazardous situations. Please contact us directly for updates on closures or rescheduling during such times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
